The construction of an exclusive development of 12 high specification new build homes in the sought after North Norfolk village of Brancaster for a private client.
A high quality build with traditional brick & flint elevations under clay pantile roofs all in keeping with this beautiful part of North Norfolk. The build comprised of all aspects of the scheme from the groundworks through to the installation of all internal fixtures and fittings. This scheme was undertaken utilising both our own directly employed staff and engaging specialist sub-contractors for elements such as electrical, plumbing & heating. The gardens were turfed complimenting the patios and pathways in natural sandstone together with the planting of over 30 native trees. Bird boxes and bat roosts were also introduced to the buildings and gardens.
