Crayford & Abbs, Norfolk – New Car Showroom, Vehicle Workshop and Industrial Units
The initial phase of the project required site preparation and enabling works to be conducted in advance of commencing the construction activities.
The showroom construction included; reinforced building foundations and installation of surface and foul water drainage systems, erection of new steel portal frame building with cladding, glazed curtain walling, mechanical and electrical installation and tiled & concrete floors to facilitate the high specification 8,000 sq ft new car showroom.
The work scope also incorporated construction of vehicle workshop facilities and industrial units, external concrete apron, permeable blocking paving, access roads, customer parking and hard & soft landscaping.
Clinical planning and coordination of the works was paramount to ensure our customers current facility remained operational with minimum disruption, whilst ensuring the unconditional safety of all persons upon the premises during the construction phase.
